Hint 1- is the following joke .There never has been a more aggressive spin bowler, wrote David Frith in The Slow Men, and the aggression came out in his captaincy, his famous full-throated appealing ( When ........... appeals at The Oval, as the old joke said, someone’s out at Lord’s.) and his marvellous catching.

Hint 2 - He was part of a winning combination.

Any pooling of information may help the others too in getting the answer !!

This is just a clarification.

It is assumed that a leg spinner is a right-hand legspinner and not a left arm orthodox spinner.

Please confirm.

Q 13 could he be termed an all rounder ? No. I will qualify this statemment. His Test and First class averages don't suggest so, nor does his batting position. But he has been known to make a Match saving innings or two.

Welcome Biased Indian.

Yes I did. To make it more specific. He may have taken seven hat tricks (which is an all time record) and you could still say NO if that was not the record you had in mind !!!

Graham Anthony Richard Lock

His final years were overshadowed by two allegations of sexual abuse involving young girls

Tony Lock is the holder of the record for the most number of runs scored in first-class cricket without a century

sorry i didnt see the whole question

Q 15 Is chucking one of the controversies ? Yes

What's the other ? What about the record ?

His new method was far more effective but produced mutterings about its legitimacy. In 1952 he was called up for the Old Trafford Test against India, and took four for 36 in the second innings. But a week later, when Surrey played the tourists at The Oval, he was no-balled three times in two overs for throwing his quicker ball.

Raising the beam at the Croydon nets helped restore something of Lock’s original action, but he was again called for throwing in the West Indies in 1953–54 and for a time he refrained from bowling his faster ball. It was this delivery which drew the legendary lament from Doug Insole, the Essex captain, to the square-leg umpire when he was bowled by Lock in fading light: How was I out then—run out?
