Simple.

The answer to your question could have been
"Pakistan"
or
"Sri Lanka"

Thats the way it sounded to me.

To me it seemed that you wanted to know which of these it was played in.

I think what you wanted to ask was, "was this held in [B}either [/B] Pakistan or Sri Lanka.". Then the question would have been unambiguousand the answer would have beeen "Yes".

Sorry but thats how it sounded to me :)

Q15. so the individual record is a batting record?

and if so, Q16. is it a culmination of that players career??

(e.g. that batsman scored his 50th FC ton in the match, or his 5000th FC run)

yeah figured out this book i'm reading had the typo, not you.

in 1994/65 the biggest defeat in FC history was inflicted. (an innings and 851 runs).

can't find the individual batting record for sure.

Gonna take a stab and say Pervez scored the fastest triple century in FC history?? (scoring rate for the first innings was very quick)

Match was between Pakistan Railways and Dera Ismail Khan

YESSSS!!!

Thats the match.

The team record is, as yoy say, the heaviest ever defeat inflicted in a first class game-an innings and 851 runs !!

The individual record was the highest MAIDEN hundred by a batsman in first class cricket,

Parvez Akhtar had never even scored a fifty before that in first class cricket and scored 337 not out !!

He never scored a fifty even after that. In fact his entire career runs in first class cricket INCLUDING THIS INNINGS OF 337 was 600 only !! :-O

Your turn..
