You look fine if you are happy not generating pace. You have little momentum going through the crease. You could stop your follow through two yards after the crease if you wanted to. You are generating little torque.

The problem is that you have no hip rotation. See below. The position you finish in isnt too bad at all. However you start in the wrong position to bowl quick. You need your left hip and shoulder almost facing the batman before opening up - think bending a ruler back. You dont do this as you are square all through the transition and delivery.






Ive had a few beers before posting this. Ill perhaps try and elaborate in the morning.

Are there any exercises that can force the hip rotation?
Do a lot of abductions, man. Clams, lying and standing leg raises with progressive resistance bands. There's a whole bunch of work that targets the glutes and hips like glute bridges with or without barbells, cable pull throughs, one legged deadlifts, one legged squats, etc so if you're fit and without any pain in that general vicinity then go ahead and look up these exercises.
