Hi guys,
Any of you guys checked out this guys youtube channel, he seems to really know about how to create speed, and understands javelin techniqur really well. twmatcham - YouTube What you guys think? |

I think people try to make a lot of money out of breaking things like a bowling action down into a million little bits. If you don't have a decent action to start with then you're ****ed, no matter how many little movable parts and positions someone charges you money to tell you about.
