Shoulder injury

Hey guys.

I am a 15 y.o. Bowling all rounder, bowl about 90-100 km/h, and have torn some cartilage off rotator cuff, so I can't bowl all year. I am getting treatment for it, but in the mean time, does anyone know of anything I cam do to keep my bowling in shape??? Much appreciated

Feel for you, missing out on one whole year is massive. Can you throw and bat though?
