all my batting has gonne to pot
so im starting over again, and trying to fix the problem which iv recognised

but its my bowling im worried about, yesterday, i bowled superbly, but now my back and shoulder is killing, wat stretches can i do to insure i dont get this stupid stiffness again?

Is it the first time you've bowled in ages? It depends on whether your back and shoulder pain is muscular or not first I think.

I used to have a good stretching routine before and after bowling, I just have to remember what it was. It's pretty important to take the time to warm up and ease into your bowling. Don't just pick up a ball and start sending them down.
