My time of playing is up ...

Is there a section on how to become and umpire or somewhere I can find such information. I am in England (Wiltshire) and wish to one day be the new Dicky Bird :)

Help?

In case anyone else was interested

I am going to partake the new ECB ACO Level 1 Course in January

Start umpiring this summer

And then do the BTEC course from October - Internationally approved one.

The Sky's the limit!

It's in cricket umpiring - tis a new scheme which has hit Oxfordshire in the last few months: we are using the graduates/trainees/students as umpires in the District festival (or at least planning to, I think).
