Can you please tell me how to keep a braced front leg not bent because I find it very hard to keep the front leg braced. When I try to keep the front leg braced it collapses totally.
Also, How can I improve the speed of my hip drive because at the momont it just lags behind when I bowl, so how can I get it really fast to improve my speed?
