Bhuvi a dark horse imo. He'll love English conditions.

Not so sure about that, there's been plenty of run fests with the opening bowlers taking a beating in England.

I can tell many on here have not followed English ODI cricket thinking that fast bowlers are going to get a lot of help.

Hales. Unconventional choice but he opens and can make a lot of runs.

Not just people here, Pakistan have picked a team for "English conditions" as well according to Inzamam. You can forgive fans for missing this but for an international team management to not be aware of latest trends and what to expect in a global tournament.

"This is a clash of strategy. And of methods, culture and politics. This is a new-era rivalry. Not as ancient as the Ashes, or as passionate as India-Pakistan. Two countries that are so different, yet share rampant egotism, high self-opinion and a belief that being born in their country is superior to other births. This brings together a belligerent bunch of brats, bullies and braggers."- Jarrod Kimber

Wow, I'm shocked to hear Inzy thinks that way. I thought only casuals like OS believed in the 'English conditions' myth.

Even if it's the flattest decks possible, Bhuvi will like the conditions more than India.

I mean it will be cooler and probably cloudier so he has that going for him
