Great counterattack. Hope he doesn't throw it away though.

When did I ever rate an Indian bowling line up?

    LO or Tests?

It shouldn't change in Tests tbh. It's more like second best 3 there.

"This is a clash of strategy. And of methods, culture and politics. This is a new-era rivalry. Not as ancient as the Ashes, or as passionate as India-Pakistan. Two countries that are so different, yet share rampant egotism, high self-opinion and a belief that being born in their country is superior to other births. This brings together a belligerent bunch of brats, bullies and braggers."- Jarrod Kimber

Will be fun if Pandya comes in after the 45th over and gets a 50 anyway.
I am proud of this post.

Yeah Smith has clearly pulled away from the others in my opinion.

It's next summer. Jimmeh is not retiring in a year's time is he? But then again, with an away Ashes this year..with memories of Bailey taking him for 28 runs, he just might

Loads of people whose granddad once had a Guinness claim to be Irish as well. It is a natural human thing to associate with a more unique cultural identifier - especially when in the 70s/80s racism was so prevalent meaning Asian communities had to rally around each other. Kids are brought up in the same tradition.

I think it has to do with how they get introduced to the game? I am sure most of these kids support England in football because they would have been introduced to it in school or the mainstream culture. Cricket - they would have been introduced to when their parents/uncles were watching/following.

Haha. The amount of 'Irish' people with Brummie or Scouser accents who have never been to Ireland is unreal.
