Thoughts on destructive RM/LM bowlers? A bloke on the TM atm that I thought would be a great replacement for verhoeven, then I realised he was only RM, not RFM.. was sure I'd read somewhere that people haven't found them overly effective?

However, I've definitely been taken apart by destructive medium pacemen, albeit highly skilled ones. A national player or two, I think. Think they're a good option, as they can work alright on all pitches. However, I wouldn't want one as my stand-out strike bowler.

End of Over 40: 161-10, runrate=4.03
Coburn 7-2-13-4 Sekhon* 1 (6 balls) Thats last time my boys will take to the pitch, and its looking like ending in a win. A couple of days until Coburn can be listed, so will wait till then to list them all.

Both of the top two teams in my league chucked today's matches so they wouldn't possibly auto-promote. Why on earth do people like that bother playing?
That their capitulation pushed me down to fourth place has nothing to do with my ire, of course. |
