Sold now, but check out the transfer history for that player. Some people are getting hit with a bug where they're being charged twice for transfers, and it looks like this is one of them. I hope NorCricket had a spare 17 million lying around...

So far so good for The Gurs, though I think things are about to get a whole lot tougher. Won my first OD league match on Friday, and saw off okay oppos in the Cup with half a team, but now I'm playing the 1sts in the FC league for the first time, and I have a rock OD match on Friday, plus a Strong/Med/Abs - Strong/Comp/Woe rated 4th Round Cup oppo.

Three pops, though two of them were Experience pops: the two below, plus Wilde to Woe Exp.

crikey, this thread is moving along at quite an astonishing rate. its becoming awfully hard to keep with everything. well, to keep things short, whenuapai got smashed in our second fc match, but we are top of II.4 in the one dayers after 2 rounds, although we''re yet to face the 3 sides who i deem to be the biggest threats to whenuapai hopes and dreams of playing in new zealands top od league next season. we have also moved into round 4 of the cup without too much hassle. once again our participation in the cw bt cup could be affected. our 4th round match should be pretty easy again, and i'm expecting to reach at least round 7 once again, with hopes and progressing beyond that point like we did last season.

as far as stamina is concerned, everyone seems to be recovering now, after our bt20 run to the semis left some players, notably vermaak and graham, in a sport of bother for quite some time. as for whenuapai's riches, i'm saving them for the opening weeks of next season where i will purchase one of nz's, if not nz's best youth pull as i look for a long term allrounder prospect to replace hamshaw who will be 27 next season ffs. yeah

Why aren't there separate threads for different topics? Like a thread for pops, thread for OD matches, thread for FC's etc. I've always wondered that, there's a whole forum for Battrick, but it's all in the one thread. I'm too lazy to make them though.

We initially only had the one thread for Battrick, the sub-forum came later. The single thread worked pretty well so we've just kept it going, if there were separate threads for each different aspect of BT I don't think I'd bother to check them all. I think it keeps this thread moving along at a good pace as well, often when there are a lot of small threads they tend to move along slowly and stifle discussion. The sub-forum is still useful for the CW BT Cup and CW BT XI threads and a couple of others.
