I'm surprised that you're looking to play Kamara over Mulhern in your first team. Mulhern always did pretty well against me in our friendlies last season. I guess you'd need to play Kamara to have a spin option in away games where the pitch is geared towards spin, but if I were you, I'd play home matches on a cracked pitch (to help Deacon and Farmer) and play Mulhern above Kamara. You have the variety of RF, LF, RFM and RM with Whitman now (nice pull, btw!) and I don't think Kamara is good enough to warrant a place in the side, simply on the basis of him being a spinner. Others may disagree though...
