It's a java program that does all sorts of wonderful things apparently. I've only started using it to help with training as it gives you estimates etc.

At home studying, tbf. Note the consumer behaviour notes in the background (H)

To upload your team, you have to view/copy/past the page source (for IE, or frame source, for FireFox) into the program. Has an instructions notepad as well iirc.

    8. Sasrutha Muralitharan - 23 yo, BT Rating=103,464
LH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, competent bowling form, moderate fitness.
A defensive player with strong leadership skills and feeble experience.
    Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: abysmal
    Batting: wonderful Concentration: exceptional
    Bowling: exceptional Consistency: exceptional
    Fielding: respectable

    22. Prsanna Jeithoon - 22 yo, BT Rating=92,614
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, strong batting form, abysmal bowling form, invigorated fitness.
A defensive player with woeful leadership skills and mediocre experience.
    Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: worthless
    Batting: abysmal Concentration: respectable
    Bowling: miraculous Consistency: sensational
    Fielding: proficient

Should probably be one of the biggest days in my BT life. But tbh I couldn't really give a toss, with abysmal bowling form Jeithoon is useless. Back to FTP.

An interesting programme, but all my players have been imported at a flat value (e.g. 11.00) rather than 11.xx. For example, a guy who's a Superb bat, but who's not popped in ages, despite have a batting net is still at 10.00 in the programme!

Is this how the programme works, or am I doing something wrong?

Anyway, my one increase this week:

    Bill Middleton (1309877)

RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, strong batting form, proficient bowling form, sublime fitness.
An attacking player with feeble leadership skills and feeble experience.

    Plays For: Connells Estates CC
    Nationality: England
    Age: 20 Years Old
    Battrick Rating: 25,232 (-1348)
    Wages: 5,581 p/w

    Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: worthless
    Batting: quality Concentration: quality
    Bowling: worthless Consistency: woeful
    Fielding: feeble

Good batting pop on Hay, who will now get Kepler's stamina net

Presume it doesn't take sub levels into account until the player has been in the program for a while. So they all start on xx.00, until a player pops.

Never used it so just guessing.

Think you need to put in at least two net updates. You have to update the squad and nets each week. When you update nets there's a drop down menu asking which week it is.

Just the one pop. Average first XI stamina up to mid-respectable now, which has certainly paid dividends. Seems to fluff the ratings more than most things, too.
