Managed to beat Oz Fans XI again:

The Heath CC: 279/5 (50) Thorpe 114 (123), Sutton 78 (71), Wills 3/50 (10)
Oz Fans XI: 234/10 (46.1) Grahame 81 (89), Olowe 51 (95), Woods 5/33 (8.1)

Good batting performance from my guys, Thorpe turning into a quality player. Oz Fans XI got away well at the top of the order again but suffered another BT collapse, going from 200/3 to 234 all out, with Woods coming back for a second spell of 5/12 in 19 balls.

Game 2 following a similar path the Game 1 v Thamba. My 2nd string bowlers get smashed all round the park. Willetts brought back down to earth with 1-69 off his 10. Need my batsmen to stand up again, hopefully Schutte can crash throw my top 3 early, so my proper batsmen are in early enough to keep the run rate up.

Code:
End of Over 50: 328-5, runrate=6.56
Willetts 10-0-69-1
Lisbie* 64 (52 balls)
Mcdonald 4 (5 balls)

Last Wicket: Merry c. Rosenior b. Willetts 55 (FOW: 314/5)

Congrats on the win. All three games were close but your middle order had a definate edge every game where as mine crumbled under pressure.

I can still view my match, but everything else is ****ed.

Code:
End of Over 32: 187-1, runrate=5.84, reqrunrate=7.89 (328-5)
Herath 6-0-26-0
Allison* 8 (10 balls)
Rosenior 98 (92 balls)

Last Wicket: Obeysekera c. Weston b. Schutte 78 (FOW: 176/1)
Rosenior and Obeysekera have done a pretty good job, but the run rate is really starting to increase. I need my proper batsmen in soon, as Rosenior is going to die in the arse soon and bat like Samaraweera.

EDIT: 9000th post

Ended up losing to Thamba by 3 runs. Never going to hear the end of this, worse then losing to Rodgie. Might need to play something close to full strength next match to restore some pride. Obeysekara got his 1000th run for the club, 8th player to reach that feat. Probably the last for a while unless I bat Allison further up the order or buy in a new batsmen.

Tamil Eelam CC - 5/328(50) Delgado 80(57), Lisbie 64(52), Talior 59(79), Merry 55(45), Cater-Harris 50(56), Priyantha 2/64(10)

beat to

Jaffna Jets - 3/325(50) Obeysekara 79(91), Rosenior 116(111), Allison 57(50), McDonald 2/72(10)
