If you had 5-6 nets you could spare just like that then yes he probably is worth. If you only have say 2-4 then you probably better of getting a finished specialist for the same price.

They're pretty good at 9m, if you split that guy into a batter and a bowler you'd get over 5m each comfortably. Also looks like there's some reasonable sublevels too.

If this was next season I'd be tempted myself, but I don't have enough nets free.

Basically in 2-3 seasons that guy will be worth 20+ million.

Decided against having a punt, it'd put my team AWOL for two seasons before he could play frequently enough. After next season I'll be training my own version, though.

If I'm going to train an all rounder he's going much, much further than remarkable. Remarkable will be redundant (if you want to go anywhere) within 2 seasons.
