Or something.
RIP Fardin Qayyumi (AKA "cricket player"; "Bob"), 1/11/1990 - 15/4/2006
Pulled a Med/Comp/Resp bowler who'll walk straight into my first team and three nets. First decent pull.

JMAS- What a guyJono: And no one likes your idea because its ****ty American poo.
Nnanden: Same, but that's because Andy OWNS MY SOUL
silentstriker: I'll start fishing for compliments when I can see all of my junk when I look down.
Have you been tested?
In memory of Fardin Qayyumi, a true legend of CW
I could see him going for 1.5 mil due mainly to decent stamina. I wish you waited to the end of the season to sell him though as i might have been interested in him as 6th batsmen. Probably will look to buy a player like that at the end of the season, to continue to build my depth.
The man, the mountain, the Mathews. The greatest all rounder since Keith Miller. (Y)

Pretty happy with this chap, 12 batting, 12 concentration and 11 stamina and he's v v v close to popping in batting too with that wage:

Caldwell 9-2-28-6
BEST Indies 152/2 (31.5)
Fordham 58 off 76
Oakes 46 off 45
A leading preformance by the captain Caldwell taking his 1st competitive 5+ wicket haul.To restrict the opponents to 151.Fordham and Oakes together easily reach the target.
Players will be looking now to next fridays game which could see who finishes 3rd/4th.
well, we blew it. went down by 3 runs. drops us to 3rd, and although the season is only early i feel we can probably only afford one more slip up, damit

Have listed Horsfield, bidding ends at 23.00 tonight. He'd make a good squad-filler for FC, or would be a good strike bowler in England Div VI

Or a good strike bowler for Sri Lanka Div IV. Man i can't believe how crap my respectables are going in Div III SL. Lucky i got some money to spend soon, so i can buy some decent proficient bowlers.
Haven't won a FC game to date, drawn two and lost two. 3 wins and 1 loss in ODs so far. FC league is pretty hard for me, mainly due having one decent bowler. The batsmen are holding their own though. OD league has one good side and two decent sides. I've played both decent sides and lost on and won one game. I'm getting by in ODs without a bowling attack due to my batsmen being able to hit 350 plus totals.

Listed for £0. I've finally upgraded my academy to superb.
End of Over 23: 103-1, runrate=4.48
Caulfield 2-0-9-0
Darryl* 32 (78 balls)
Bertos 65 (59 balls)
Doing well against a Div 2 side who seem to be playing a full strength team.
Good competitive friendly that won't be helping our fitness, but it's good to watch all the same. Racking up the runs at home, and I'll need to with my hopeless bowling attack, resting four players.
End of Over 32: 206-2, runrate=6.44
Sagren 6-0-39-0
Bardle* 81 (97 balls)
Hamlin 86 (71 balls)
Bardle gunning it which is great. First real runs he's made, and he's making them at 3, which is a problem spot for my batsmen. Hopefully he'll make it his own.![]()
End of Over 44: 209-5, runrate=4.75
Caulfield 7-0-46-1
Mills* 21 (18 balls)
Barry 8 (10 balls)
Very happy with this effort.
A rare failure from Elmes chasing an awkward score against Thomas's side. Hope my batsmen can keep it together after such a good effort from the bowlers restricting them to 177.
End of Over 13: 53-2, runrate=4.08, reqrunrate=3.38 (177-10)

Will still lose but to do so well against a div 2 side is very pleasing
