    Hi Mate,

    Welcome to CW.

First thing I noticed with your team is that you have quite a players with terrible secondries.

    eg
    Ainsley Dodd - 22 yo, BT Rating=5,596
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with mediocre leadership skills and woeful experience.
    Stamina: worthless Wicket Keeping: competent
    Batting: mediocre Concentration: abysmal
    Bowling: mediocre Consistency: feeble
    Fielding: worthless

    Dembo Teague - 18 yo, BT Rating=4,708
RH Batsman, LF Bowler, superb batting form, feeble bowling form, energetic
A cautious player with strong leadership skills and abysmal experience.
    Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: worthless
    Batting: abysmal Concentration: worthless
    Bowling: proficient Consistency: abysmal
    Fielding: woeful

To Be Successful you will have to improve these secondries that you probably made a mistake with when you first started off playing battrick.

    Hope this Helps.

The stamina is more of a concern, worthless and abysmal aren't good enough, woeful is bad especially for F or FM bowlers.
