In my debut match as coach, my pacers have bowled out of their skins, keeping the runs down when I needed them to. Hats off, boys.

EDIT: Ballard takes some stick in his last over, but made a breakthrough, 1/42 off his 10. Well bowled young sir.

EDIT EDIT: It`s my first match, and I`ll post when I want to. :p

Holmes gets Bittner, my opposition`s best and most attacking batsman for a golden! Up Brackenhurst!!!

Not to bad actually, given I got absolutely belted last time I played them :)

BARNES OUT
Haha, get into it Patto.

Code:
End of Over 48: 192-10, runrate=4.00
Sambrook	9-3-30-3
Hodge 9-1-21-4
Should be an easy chase, which will give me 6th position in the league. Happy with that considering how poor my squad was to start the season. Will throw my playoff and head down for a season of improvement.

They finish 236/6, could`ve been better, but I definately can`t complain.

Ballard 1/42
Clayton 0/36
Maguire 0/38
Holmes 3/58 and a run-out
Hindle 1/54

Let`s see if we can make 200. :)

1.5 6 Russell to Schooney
Huge shot! It clipped a bird on the way up, feathers all over the place!
1.4 3 Russell to Antonius
A beautiful straight drive by Antonius past the bowler. Kirton, from mid on, has a long chase and pulls the ball back just inside the rope. Three runs to Antonius.

My 19 and 18 year-old openers. On defensive. I`m chuffed. :D

2.3 3 Bittner to Schooney
Schooney will have to settle for three after his cover drive didn't quite make the ropes.
2.3 nb1 Bittner to Antonius
no ball, Great fielding there stopped a certain boundary. He's one of the best fielders in that position.
2.2 6 Bittner to Antonius
Takes on the bouncer and hooks it high over square leg for a huge six.

I repeat, on defensive.

C`MON BRACKENHURST!

End of Over 6: 29-1, runrate=4.83, reqrunrate=6.16 (299-3)
Pierce 3-0-16-0
Stroud* 8 (15 balls)
Ludlow 7 (8 balls)

Last Wicket: Appleyard Run Out 14 (FOW: 21/1)

Meyer was once again my only wicket Taker with 3-65.

Stroud coming into this match on the back of an unbeaten century, and i really need him to back it up today if i'm to get anywhere near close. Ludlow is due for a good score as well.
