Lost my match today against my league leaders. Played alrite for a TIE on a cracked pitch. Sold out my stadium for the first time in a while so that was good, as was my bowlers discipline as they didnt bowl one wide or noball.

Huge win over 2nd, ive played these guys3 times previously, for 3 loses. Glad i finally got up. Good to see my Trainees killing it, having 8 wickets and 198 runs between them. Maughan still yet to get 100 this season. Hopefully he will some time soon. Good to get a win before i take on Adam, this will be the confidence my team need to get past the 10 runs barrier.

Hmm, struggling a bit in my game at the moment.

I scored 314/4 from 50 overs and then had them 29/3 but his two gun bats are in at the moment and slaughtering my quality seamer.

End of Over 30: 163-3, runrate=5.43, reqrunrate=7.60 (314-4)
Sekani 10-0-60-2
***** 64 (69 balls)
Chanderpaul 69 (67 balls)

RRR is still quite high but these two have upped the run rate considerably in the last few overs.

EDIT: 67 off the last ten.

EDIT: And another one goes three balls later. :D

Still in trouble, 8 off the next 3 balls.

You know me too well ;)

Ta for that.

I've gotten all confused with Hattrick again, having set my orders for both games at the same time last night (after a couple of beers, it must be said). I'm playing Hookers, a side currently 6th or 7th in my league, but with ratings better than that would suggest. They pulled off a good win against one of my title rivals recently, so I'm taking no chances - Normal, I think, with most of my batsmen set a touch defensively.

I'm experimenting with setting lots of batsmen "normal" and seeing how they get on.

UPDATE: 44/5 now. Nice.

Good to see some nice wins for lots of the CW folk, especially Chaulk and AndyC. NZTailender's done well too, despite the heavy defeat :)

Brazier* 46 (55 balls)
Horwood 26 (33 balls)

Last Wicket: Gooding b. Horne 19 (FOW: 32/1)

Pace & Dillon will be bowling shortly, hopefully rip through them like I did earlier in the season at around the same point in the game.
