Cricket Web Battrick XI

No room for Allen, his bowling's not good enough to get him in as an allrounder and his batting's not good enough to get him in as a batsman.

Only changes I would make from the last side posted (here) would be Gray in for Cuss and Ralph for Bardle.

Actually, I'd have Sandwith in there instead of Gray. He's wonderful/remarkable IIRC, not certain though.

And I'd say Kamlesh would be close to the u19 team:

Kamlesh Padayachie - 18 yo, BT Rating=17,258
LH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, moderate
An attacking player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: mediocre Concentration: feeble
Bowling: superb Consistency: proficient
Fielding: feeble
Once Horne gets sold Kamlesh should take his spot IMO

I think Coates is Strong Batting now and no one else is really training a keeper, apart from Andy i think, but his only Respectable Batting.

Haha ooh, scrapes in. We finally get a gun seamer.

This is something that was brought up in the Q&A - about Federations in Hattrick - and that something similar ('Associations') might be brought in to BT. My question is - does anyone here play Hattrick? What can you do in a Federation?

We could have this -

1. P Islam (Game Breakers) - exceptional bat
2. J Duggan (Whenuapai CC) - wonderful bat
3. G Mccammon (Got Spin) - exceptional bat
4. S Cuss (Asterix XI) - wonderful bat
5. F Watkins (Asterix XI) - exceptional bat, quality bowl
6. D Sandwith (Withington Wonderers) - remarkable bat
7. N Bhutia (Game Breakers) - remarkable bat, exceptional keeper
8. T Whitehorne (Asterix XI) - superb bat, sensational bowl
9. S Moodley (Roar CC) - exceptional bowl
10. J Lovegrove (Dalmeny Cricket Club) - sensational bowl
11. T Lee (Whenuapai CC) - exceptional bowl

Like I said, unless Lee pops to Sensational soon (which I think he will), replace him with Bardle.
This is the last team I can find, I'll let someone else update it.

Pretty gun side there. Now can someone update the 2nd XI? That's where all my players end up going :D

BARNES OUT
Think you could dump R_D's players out, he's only made 2 posts in here. Fair competition for the keeper spot then, as well as allowing Mccammon to open the batting. Not sure who'd come in for Islam.

2nd XI -
1. M Gray (Anchormen) - remarkable bat (backup: superb w/k)
2. R Tucker (Dalmeny Cricket Club) - wonderful bat
3. S Cuss (Asterix XI) - wonderful bat
4. S Hitish (Roar CC) - remarkable bat
5. D Waddell (Whenuapai CC) - wonderful bat
6. G Ashton (Asterix XI) - remarkable bat, remarkable w/k
7. C Allen (Got Spin) - wonderful bat, wonderful bowl
8. P John (Withington Wonderers) - wonderful bowl
9. T Lee (Whenuapai CC) - exceptional bowl
10. G Bardle (Jamee 999ers) - exceptional bowl
11. F Ralph (Anchormen) - exceptional bowl

12th Man: G Canning (Magical Ponies) - quality bat, wonderful bowl

It has been a while, but I've done it. I might've overlooked some players, but that's a pretty damn good 2nd XI. I know Ashton isn't remarkable bat yet, or Waddell wonderful bat, but the owners have assured me that by tomorrow, they will be. I nominate Ralph for captain... strong leadership, med experience :p

Because John is wonderful/remarkable and Canning is wonderful/strong, and we don't really need a quality/prof (or whatever he is) batsman at #8.
