Should probably fire Lovegrove, bringing down the team one feels

I wouldn't be opening with Craddock though, and Mansfield, Tucker and Wight should be higher up the order, and at least one of them opening probably. Obviously, Rock's the weakest link there, given he's only mediocre bat and competent bowl. Once you're done training Lovers you might want to consider investing in a young allrounder, or just buy a decent one off the market now. Given the strength of your bowling line up, it just seems a shame to have to bowl a competent. Thorn should be the next to go after that.

I agree with Andy, but i would add that you should be looking for a new keeper. He stands out to me as a weak link.

Do you think there is any areas i really need to improve?
What nets do you give Clayton? If you're giving him a batting & keeping net you need to get his stamina up, also you could do with him as an opening bat because that destructive guy is just going to get out quickly most of the time.

Personally I'd take Parr off their one keeping net, mainly because they're always going to be fairly crap because they're feeble batting - so with the strength of your side you should be looking at a competent or respectable batting with the same sort of keeping skill at least. Once you bought or pulled that player you'd then wonder why you bothered wasting nets on your reject. With your new keeper you'd also get some use out of the secondary pops if you trained them in keeping, because they're a decent bat.
Am planning on doing just that in terms of a keeper, but am currently trying to get Parr to strong keeping so that when I sell him, I'll get a decent price for him and once he pops, Erasmus will get his net. With Canning's net load (which I'm very reluctant to change), which will most likely go on for another season, I really want to wait before I take on a full on trainee, but when I do, I'm planning on it being a keeper-batsman.

Yep, also sell Craddock or don't pick him - stamina will make him next to useless. I would also try and get a fast-medium or fast bowler when the two worst bowlers are replaced.

Batting and Keeping ATM, i took him off his fitness net at the start of the season, as other guys had worse stamina. Once i get Kinsella and Muralitharan stamina up i might try and get him up to respectable stamina. Also he might open the batting in ODs.

nets are Abdul Kadir ( 1 bat), Challinor (1 bat, 1 fitness), Heather(1 bat, 1 fitness), Pierce(1 bowl, 1 fielding), Norris(2 bowling), Islam (1 bowl)

not sure i should bother training Heather, but i don't have enough dosh to buy another batsmen so i guess it will depend on my YP's early next year.

Im reluctant to move Mansfield, Tucker and Wight as they all perform well in their current positions. Im only using Craddock and Corcoran as fill-in's till i can buy/pull someone better. Looks like im heading on the right track cause i cant wait to get rid of Rock and Thorn from the first XI, just have to wait for someone i can buy or till the start of next season.

How does he stand out as a weak link?. 36 catches and 10 stumpings doesnt seem like a bad season to me and he rarely bats as he is right down the order.
