Oh well, atleast it wasn't a complete demolition, even though it was 94-run loss.

I'm surprised we didn't get bowled out, with those sorta ratings.

Code:
	Citizens Erased Asterix XI
Top Order: competent remarkable
Middle Order: mediocre strong
Lower Order: abysmal woeful
Seam Bowling: respectable respectable
Spin Bowling: respectable quality
Fielding: feeble feeble

Think my game with Nibbs would be already over if I'd gotten 350 or not far off.

End of Over 28: 139-2, runrate=4.96, reqrunrate=7.36 (300-10)
Pace 9-1-30-1
Lennon* 29 (41 balls)
Waddell 54 (79 balls)

Last Wicket: Duggan c. Walsh b. Lisbie 35 (FOW: 72/2)

Pace having a rare good day so far. Hopefully Horne and Dillon and return the daft collapse favour in the last 10.

Nah, not that surprising as two of the bowlers were my mediocre YPs - it's only because of fitness and morale that I still get respectable seam. I really need to get around to spending my cash.

Anyway looks like it will be Asterix v Piscine for the cup final and Lancashire v Robertinho in the plate.

I must be doing something right in this game, dunno what it is.

Wish they'd sort the engine out so the run outs were based on fielding, randomness and some hidden attributes as opposed to just being from the bowler v batsman calculation (look at how many bats get run out first ball...)

Funny that, I don't remember a single complaint from you for any of those opponent collapses...

hmm, disappointing to see that our cw bt cup aura has been smashed to pieces, but at least we made the semis! i was looking foward to the prospect of being able to take on watkins and cuss, but i guess that is going to have to wait for now. anyhow, well done to scaly, your bowlers proved to much for me today. give adam hell in the final by god, give him hell.

So do us all a favour, and either stop playing or just shut up about it.
Looks who's talking, it's the pilchard with 44k posts whinging about whinging again. Why don't you stop reading or just shut up about it?

I've gone on about ridiculous collapses for other sides plenty of times, I remember remarking on one game where there were extreme collapses for both sides very recently.

With all your main guys being RF you're a bit stuffed sometimes if the pitch/conditions are wrong or if there's some hidden 'likes RF bowling' attribute to the batters - probably what happened today. Hamshaw who's LFM did quite well considering they're probably the weakest of the 4 seamers.

I'll take you on in the week after the final, still need revenge for last season's defeat. ;)

Hmm just started the final against Scaly Piscine CC, they're batting and are 19-0 after 6 overs.

Lancashire beat Robertinho Select XI in the plate final btw, thanks mainly to an allround effort from Abdul kadir.

Lancashire 251/7 (50 overs)
Abdul kadir 115* (129), Magloire 80 (136)
Mcmillan 3-57, Mills 2-49

Robertinho Select XI 236/10 (47 overs)
Gray 103 (101), Jones 51 (93)
Norris 3-35, Keane 3-50, Abdul kadir 2-50

MotM: Abdul kadir

Well, in by far the most one sided final to date, Asterix cruised to a 10 wicket win to beat Scaly. Armstrong provided staunch resistance, but on the weight on Whitehornes bowling display, Scaly were dismissed for 163. From there Watkins and Cuss eased Asterix XI through to victory.

Congrats to Adam.
