Why no vote for batsman/bowler of the year? If you just go by runs/wickets/averages it'll just be a competition to see who has the easiest league...

That was my first game, haha. I also play Hattrick and am going great guns - so far I've lost 6-0, 8-0, and 9-0.

My team name for Battrick is 'Coco's Nuts' (at least i think that's what I called it.)

Am not sure what you mean by rookies, as I have a few 18 year olds who I pulled/bought last year, don't know whether or not they count.

Batting:
Hera 16 (31)
Birchall 54* (50)
Griffin 28* (24)

Bowling:
Dunne 1/15 (5)
Drench 2/30 (10)
Giles 2/19 (8.1)
Tedstone 5/14 (8)
Erasmus 0/14 (5)

But I do agree with Nibbs in saying that it'd be a bit too much effort. On a pretty unrelated note, it'd be interesting to see what a combined CW team would look like.

Yeah, that would be more interesting and a lot easier to do.

1. Fitz Watkins (Asterix XI)
2.
3. Sol Cuss (Asterix XI)
4. Jason Duggan (Whenuapai CC)
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10. Swagat Moodley (Roar CC)
11. Jason Lovegrove (Dalmeny Cricket Club)

Those five would be certainties IMO, fill in the gaps.

2. Usmal Jayasuriya (College Dropouts)
3. Sol Cuss (Asterix XI)
4. Jason Duggan (Whenuapai CC)
5. Shaka Herbert (Dynamo Morpork)
6. Grady Mccammon (Got Spin)
7.(wk) Marvin Gray (Robertinho Select XI)
8. Dwight Tuck (Dynamo Morpork)
9. Ricky Louis (Asterix XI)
10. Swagat Moodley (Roar CC)
11. Jason Lovegrove (Dalmeny Cricket Club)

Captain - no idea?

The only reason Gray is there is because I don't know any other keepers. Not 100% what Herbert and Tuck are at - but I'd say they're definitely up there.

Wohoo i got a player in there :D

I suppose mccammon is batting so low because of his stamina.

Yeah, though you can't really exclude a Remarkable batsman... with that batting order before him, he'd probably come in during the last 20 overs or so, smack away.

Fair enough, though i would of thought it would be the last 10 overs.

I'll need to train his stamina up but his remarkable batting in div 5 makes up for it

Herbert to captain (blowing own trumpet, I know, but he's a strong leader with woeful XP).

Close contest for the keepers:

Marvin Gray - 19 yo, BT Rating=22,598
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
A defensive player with abysmal leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: competent
Batting: strong Concentration: strong
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: competent
Fielding: feeble

1. David Armstrong - 19 yo, BT Rating=47,838
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with worthless leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: respectable
Batting: respectable Concentration: sensational
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: proficient
Fielding: mediocre

Batting overall is about the same in my opinion given 3 levels of concentration is roughly one level of batting. Obviously mine has the edge in keeping.

But Gray has it in stamina, albeit slightly. Guess it depends what kind of player you're looking for.
