No... Griffin got out!

Larisa United 9/229
Erasmus 3/48, Tedstone 2/25, Dunne 1/52

Magical Ponies 6/230 (46.4)
Griffin 92 (107), Sutton 86 (131), Dunne 13* (5)

Larisa United Magical Ponies
Top Order: mediocre respectable
Middle Order: feeble mediocre
Lower Order: abysmal abysmal
Seam Bowling: competent competent
Spin Bowling: respectable competent
Fielding: woeful woeful
MOTM: Griffin

It was a dusty pitch, so I guess it stands to reason that Griffin got out. Pity, he was 12th on the Australian averages.

As well as that, I'm quite ****ed of at the dearth of affordable decent allrounders.
What price range are you looking at? I tend to find that allrounders are a bargain, as they're usually a lot cheaper than buying two separate players with the same skills. You also save on nets as you only need to train stamina and secondaries once instead of twice on separate players. The only drawback is PFLs, which admittedly could be quite a big problem next season.

I'm getting pillaged by Leeds United. They scored 348/3 and I'm 180/3 after 36 so think I'm not going to win.

My bowling attack is rubbish and Chanderpaul who is a quality-respectable can't buy a run at the moment. Is it anything to do with his destructive temperament perhaps?

PS What do people reckon about changing some of the thread names now that we have our own forum? Just thinking for new people who join up, it isn't that obvious where to start. Suggestions for name? And does it need stickying?

Won my match pretty easier, rolled them for 171 and got it with one wicket down. Only really thing of any note is that Rangana got his first 5fer for the season after a re-call.

As for why the site is slow, it's because of the England league matches.
