Ive got a question, how can u afford 10 net sessions a week?, isnt that a 100,000$ every week? +ground +youth academy?
No, one coach (or net) costs £2,500 a week, so 10 coaches (or nets) is £25,000 a week.

Alright, since everyone else has, I may as well join in. I've been having trouble juggling my net sessions, so what do you guys reckon I should do for these guys:

Code:
Greg Griffin - 19 yo, BT Rating=9,666
RH Batsman, RF Bowler, competent batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with worthless leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: feeble
Batting: proficient Concentration: feeble
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: respectable
Fielding: abysmal

Andrew Parr - 18 yo, BT Rating=7,018
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, competent batting form, proficient bowling form, sublime
A steady player with mediocre leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: proficient
Batting: feeble Concentration: respectable
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: abysmal

Ron Sutton - 19 yo, BT Rating=6,406
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, proficient batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A steady player with proficient leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: competent
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: woeful
Fielding: feeble

Gary Drench - 19 yo, BT Rating=6,312
RH Batsman, RF Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A defensive player with superb leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: competent Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: competent
Fielding: woeful

Gordon Dunne - 19 yo, BT Rating=4,327
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, mediocre batting form, respectable bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with proficient leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: feeble
Batting: abysmal Concentration: abysmal
Bowling: competent Consistency: competent
Fielding: feeble
Drench is my allrounder, and as such I need to improve his bowling, while Dunne should be popping to respectable very soon.

Currently, I have Drench on a bowling, batting and fitness net, Parr on keeping, fitness and batting, Dunne on a bowling, Sutton on a batting, and Griffin on a fitness and batting net. I really want to give Griffin another net, be it another batting net or maybe a fielding one, but I'm not sure who I should take that net from.

What the hell is up with overhead? If I want to put one uncovered seat in, it costs me 20,025 pounds! Rudiculous.
It just means you have to wait until you have enough money to make a big upgrade

The second is a very low proficient, especially with that mediocre keeping taking around $100 off. Id say 6 weeks maybe 5

every time you upgrade there is a 20,000 pound itilization fee, plus the cost of each seat. that one uncovered seat only costs 25 pounds tbh

In two weeks time im playing at home against someone who has a superb spin bowling attack, and only respectable seam. What would be the best pitch to play on? I don't want to play on a green pitch either because he has some decent quickies

Not really.

For any building work there's fixed costs (which would happen IRL)

Important news on Battrick for those that can't be bothered to log in:

From week 8 this season, we will be making some changes to the training of players.

You will now find that your young players will take a lot longer to improve their mental skills, having to rely much more on their natural talent, whereas your older pros will find it easier to improve the mental side of their game due to their maturity.

Also, all players will find it just as easy to improve their stamina as one another, irrespective of their age. This will probably mean that your younger players will improve slightly slower than at present, whereas the older players will find improvements come much quicker than they do now.

It makes sense I suppose on both counts, but the mental skills bit is still a big change and I guess this means that you'd better get cramming in those secondaries for the youngsters while you can.
