    Lyth - 115 runs at 12.77
    Ballance - 98 runs at 24.50
    Bopara - 105 runs at 15.00
    Collingwood - 350 runs at 20.58 & 3 wickets at 55
    Stokes - 201 runs at 25.00 & 11 wickets at 33
    Buttler - 122 runs at 15.25
    Jones + - 229 runs at 25.44
    Woakes - 1 wicket at 96
    Giles - 10 wickets at 57.8
    Panesar - 1 wicket at 115
    Kerrigan - 0/53 off 8 overs

Not had many quicks perform badly in winning series, had plenty of poor SLA's, and not many poor openers. Collingwood surprisingly poor in winning series.

Those Stokes numbers surely cannot be right.

I'd say Bell's record in winning series is pretty pish tbh.

    Cook
    Strauss
    Trott
    Bell
    Pietersen
    Flintoff
    Prior
    Broad
    Swann
    Hoggard
    Anderson

Hoggard was the tricky one, having to leave out Harmison and Jones but he gets the nod for me. Opening partnership is a no brainer, best one Eng have had in ages.

A little sneaky selecting Buttler as a specialist batsman.
