It's probably better than a McGrathless 05 attack tbh.

Guy From Lancs plainly a multi of Cricket Webcomics, such is his comedic genius.

Would bowl a fourth stump line to him, with a third man in once he's set. Try to drag him across, but not bowl the straighter one more than every 3-4 overs.

I read the second line and was looking for the punchline. Thought you were talking about GuyFromLancs. Serious.

It's a solid plan. Would work for both of them I reckon.

Nope. Warne on his own > *

It'll be interesting to see what Australia's plans to Bell are. This isn't intended as a criticism but Bell was the one England batsman who Australia didn't seem to have a plan to. Whether it's because Bell was just in good form or not I don't know, but Australia seemed to either come in with a plan, or very quickly work out a plan to every batsman bar Bell.

Yep, you'd have thought after the way he rolled over in 10-11 that they'd just discount him as a threat at all.

I think the damage was mostly done before he got to the crease in 10/11.

    Haha yeah that is true.

Second part of my previous post is still correct though.

I do genuinely wonder if that's maybe played a part as well.

It may well be that they thought if they focused on the top order and executed thir plans, Bell wouldn't perform if he came in under pressure. That's pure supposition on my part though
