Pietersen is more than capable of opening in ODI. There's no question about that.

Many countries have made the practice of using their wicket keeper as one of their opening bats in ODIs, and how many of those have better records and bat better than Kevin Pieterson?

I'm not really sure what your point is? Buttler definitely won't be opening.

I do like Jos Buttler in LO cricket. Will be good to see if he carries on.

Has anyone mentioned the need to have three openers in the top three due to the introduction of two new balls??

Saw on SSN yesterday that Morgan was captain for the whole series. Was that announced right at the start with the rest of the squad and I just missed it?

With the forecast like it is we may end up with a few 20/20 matches instead of ODI's in the next week or so.

Cant wait to see the Green and Gold and VB logo tonight!!!
Indians can't bowl - Where has the rumour come from as I myself and many indian friends arwe competent fast bowlers ?

With the English bid I said: Let us be brief. If you give back the Falkland Islands, which belong to us, you will get my vote. They then became sad and left
