Agreed, but we're talking about Cook here. This is what he does. To act like his weakness is totally irrelevant to him getting out as he did is naive. Yes, very good bowling, great execution. There's a pretty sizeable zone in which you can bowl and cause problems for Cook. Very similar to how he consistently got out in 06/07. But yes, extra bounce makes it all the more difficult to figure out when to come fully forward.

Yeah, I'd agree with this. For whatever reason, teams haven't been able to execute the full length to him. Either that or it's taken them that long to figure it out.

It will be interesting to see where he goes from here, considering he hasn't needed to do anything about it for so long.
