Bowling all rounders batting at 3 in the past couple of seasons (no nightwatchmen):

Scott Borthwick
Kane Richardson
James Faulkner

Watson has used his feet against spin more in this game than I've seen him do in his career. Obviously worked on more than just his LBW issues with Clarke last week.
Yeah, mentioned it to my dad and on here (I think) during the first innings. Looks so much more assured against spin while doing it, as well.

Still reckon he's a chance to inexplicably run past one every once and a while though - obviously not his most natural method of playing spin.

Faulkner really isn't doing himself any favours batting like this. I don't mind if he bats aggressively but its not going to look good if he moves around heaps and gets clean bowled or something early on. I don't really see the point in giving England something quite easy to chase either.

I don't see the issue with in NUFAN, obviously the selectors will be taking into account the match situation there, and to be honest I don't think anyone would condemn him for following the captain's orders to try and make a game of it.

3-0 or 4-0, there's no major difference for us - the series is gone anyway. And I reckon actually having a crack at the English (even if it risks losing in the process) is a better option than sitting there batting out the overs for a draw. 3-1 does look different to 3-0.

Losing from this position would piss me off no end. It would be an absolute joke and I actually don't mind the dominating a Test but drawing the game because of rain feeling. There is nothing wrong with being positive, I just don't like the backing away that he's doing.

What happened to Rogers? I know he's not the most explosive player but he does score pretty quick.

Duck Haddin. What a **** shot.
