Flibberty with the private poll. A regular Cabinet
I voted for Broad FTR.
Anderson. Just because he's been off for a couple of games doesn't mean he won't steadily accumulate wickets at the rate he has been for the last 3 years. Broad is much more of a burst of wickets bowler but he might get more and more reliable as time goes by.
He's hardly Bruce Reid, but Stu ju is slightly more injury prone than Jimmeh.
Broad is four year older. In four years you'd expect him to get 120odd. He also seems more capable of getting big hauls than a post 30 year old Anderson.
Only worry for Broad is their contrasting injury records.
Not used to these Poles, though there is a fit one down road.
Interestingly Jimmeh finished the last Ashes series with 212 wickets.
Broad should break whatever record Jimmeh sets.
Harris.
Mr Anderson.
Jimmy will get well over 400, can't see Broad getting 400.
4 years age difference. If Broad stays fully fit, that gives him roughly another 50 tests to make up the difference, so really even if he never becomes the Ambrose-esque nightmare bowler that he has the potential to be, he should still sail past Anderson. To put things in perspective, at Broad's age Anderson had taken just 140 test wickets at 34.
Anderson ranked 10th now, while Broad's moved ahead of him into 9th position.
