Is Bairstow properly the next best option for England when it comes to Test match keeping, or is he the back-up in the squad simply because he makes it as a batsman as well? As in, if Prior was out for the whole series (which he obviously won't be), would someone else be flown over? And if so who?

England will win in Australia again this winter as they are a better side which they have shown this summer. 3-0 doesn't lie girls.

Indians can't bowl - Where has the rumour come from as I myself and many indian friends arwe competent fast bowlers ?

With the English bid I said: Let us be brief. If you give back the Falkland Islands, which belong to us, you will get my vote. They then became sad and left

It would probably be him or Steven Davies as the next best back up keeper, so yeah, I think he's predominantly been picked as a backup keeper for this tour, rather than a batsman who can keep.

In great news for Darren Berry, O'Keefe is out and has been replaced by James Muirhead

Calf muscle. Old man's injury, speaking from experience.

Read a cricinfo article. Have seen Compton bat in India. For a guy who is starting out, he looked good. Didn't see him play against NZ. Was dropped for the Ashes in the summer. So why exactly is he behind Carberry in the pecking order?

Also, Tredwell is asked about the greatest off-spinner that has ever lived. His response:
Swanny has to be up there. Other names that come into my mind are the likes of Tim May and Ashley Mallett. John Emburey had a pretty good career as an offspinner but it's difficult to beat Swanny.

Obviously didn't rate Murali when he played at Kent then.
