Seemed to be implying that his work rate is a bit shabby because he isn't Shane Warne with the ball yet. Something about needing to "want to bowl", and "should be doing everything he can to get in the side" etc.

The fact that he's done the latter seems to be somewhat irrelevant. No one knows why.
