Yeah, thought it was OK to do the first day of the match report in that matter, but doing it again was sort of like the guy who gets lots of compliments for his costume at a fancy dress party, so decides to wear it to the pub the next week.

SIDDY!! Hope we bat on and give him a chance to score his maiden first class ton.

Pretty terrific day from the Ashes squad members, not so good from the chasing pack. I just hope Haddin's good form (and I guess Siddle's) doesn't mean we play Haddin at 6 in the Tests.

will be interesting to see how agar goes up against Lyon, Sayers is losing it already by the sounds of it.

Nice knock by Siddle way our batting is going we are going to need our tail to wag. Lyon getting smoked around isn't what we need to see.

Our match has started against Ireland btw. We are batting but it will be interesting to see how Lyon, Agar and Ahmed are used together.

Uzzie reminding everyone that Warner potentially missing tests is no good thing for Australia.

only thing with doolan is he is always scoring quickly. i love a quick scorer, but a test batsman needs a few gears

First time I've ever heard anyone say that about Doolan. He definitely has some gears - look at his career strike rate, its under 50.
