I just don't rate Hughes at all. Sure, once he's set he can be great, but the **** is that inconsitent it's not funny. Really need someone to anchor things at #3 at the moment.
Please. Can we just have 6 batsmen, a keeper who can catch stuff and a couple bowlers to roll the arm over. So annoyed with these all rounders.

If Haddin was behind the stumps I'd feel marginally more comfortable with picking Henriques at 6
England in New Zealand 2012-13 : Graeme Swann out of tour for elbow surgery | Cricket News | New Zealand v England | ESPN Cricinfo
More bad news for Oz as Swann's injury might force Eng to pick a spinner that could potentially average less than 40 against us
It's not so much the left handers but how long they'll likely be batting. If there are a few of them but they only last 10 balls each, it doesn't really matter too much. Clarke and Twatto (going on his last visit here) will likely hang around a lot longer and be the ones that need to be dislodged.
Despite Panesar's average Australia didn't play him that well in what were pretty flat conditions.
Wonder how many surplus Murray Mints will be donated to charity after the Oval Test.
