Been a pretty wet, cool summer in the eastern states so far.

Probably explains why England are doing well - like a home series for them
As good as an admission of Australia being FTBs as you're likely to get ladies and gents.

It is ****ing embarrassing seeing these Vodafone "How can we give the Poms more a chance in the Ashes?" ads considering what is happening in the actual test match.

Horrible advertising.

Good to see Cook has powered back ahead of Hussey in terms of both runs and averages, btw

Good session. Decent start from the filth, steady from KP&JT though

Our session then 69-2.

Not normally regarded as the batting teams session but the game situation means it is a clear victory.

Going to bed now, too onesided, getting boring.

Half as good? Are you kidding me? The dominance of the English team has been overstated in this series. First test: England had to fight back to get a draw. Australia were the only team with a chance of a win. Second test: England dominate. Third test: Australia dominate.
There is nothing on paper between the sides.
lol.

Good stuff from these 2, playing the situation just right. They will be keeping their eye on the new ball, which will obviously be critical.

Haha yes, anything other than Australia dominating a session completely means it's England's two hours, given the way the game is. Breaking even doesn't really cut it after the first day.

When some idiot started saying players' records at various venues around the world mean nothing.

Would send anyone mad.
Yeah, damn Anderson proving me wrong by being exactly the same as he was 4 years ago with a crocked back.
