Side on shot shows exactly why the Oz bowlers simply need to bowl virtually everything up and around off stump to Cook - simply does not commit to front foot so there is little danger of being punished regularly and a good chance of creating a wicket

Its a done to death debate now, most of the current Aussie bowlers just can't bowl full, you can blame the concrete like Aussie pitches for that to a certain extent, but still bowling full doesn't come naturally to any of 'em and therefore no matter who the batsmen is they just stick to their natural length.
