Anyone else think Katich might be faking his Achilles injury so there's no chance of Watson calling for any quick singles?

Botham's never happier than when pontificating about field placings so as to prove what a great captain he would have been if he hadn't been such a rubbish captain

Gonna be a carbon copy of Brisbane this test...
Shouldnt be as there is already a lot of turn and bounce from the bowlers footmarks

If Oz survive it'll take a monumental batting effort plus dire bowling or weather intervention

Maybe Katich has been told to suck it up and go back through the injury as if he is out for a decent period at this stage of his career it could spell the end for him if someone else comes in and performs.

Going to make a cup of tea in order for us to get a wicket has failed, Swann going to get Watson though.

logic tells you that swann's gonna take a couple of quick wickets at some stage with the turn, variable bounce and the way they're playing.

trying to get twatto to drive against the spin
If you watch Watto play Swann, he walks across his stumps andhits virtually everything to the on side

Therefore, I reckon they're trying to stop Watto hitting Swann over the top of the leg side personally thereby forcing him to play in a more conventional fashion which will bring close fielders into play
