Time difference isn't as bad. For them our 11am start is between 7pm and 9pm IIRC.

You're both half right, in that McDonalds is complete rubbish everywhere.

McDonalds is awful no doubt, but I love the breakfast, not much better for that time of day.

McDonalds on the whole is great in its awfulness though. You know what you are getting when you go in there, so you'll never get any complaints from me about it unless something has gone drastically wrong.

On the subject of the thread I'm not really staying up any longer than I usually do, as my bedtime usually occurs around 4am anyway. Just usually get into bed around 2am and then listen to the coverage on the radio until I fall asleep. Will make an effort to stay up a bit longer when each game gets close to crunch time I expect.

I quite enjoy it actually. When I lived opposite Subway last year I went there quite often, didn't really cost much for what it was either if I remember correctly.

McDonalds is definitely both awful and great at the same time. Looks awful, smells awful and should taste awful, but for some reason, doesn't.

Don't really have any objection to the smell or look of it tbh, I would say that despite none of the constituent parts being particularly offensive to any of the senses, their food just is awful. But great, obviously.

Have really struggled. I've got man flu, I've made it to lunchtime for each of the first 2 days, and on each morning I've had to get up pretty early for the kids and then go and argue in court. Not fun. And even though I've hit the sack in the afternoons I've not been able to get any real kip. Braced for a potential all-nighter tonight, could be rough.

Ugh, bit drunk, bit tired. If I hit the sack, I won't get back up.This could be a painful evening.

That's funny because I'm trying to persuade my girlfriend not to stay up with me
