Hopefully Australia win a dull series 2-1, with no one really standing out, like last time.

Seriously though, I reckon we'll have an Ashes 2005 style stormer. Teams are evenly matched.

Result: 2-2 Draw (Australia winning in Brisbane and Adelaide, England winning in Perth and Sydney, the Melbourne game being washed out)

Most Wickets: Australia: Mitch Johnson, England: Graeme Swann

Debutant/Returning: Peter Siddle, Steve Smith, Chris Tremlett

Other Predictions: Michael Hussey to retire after the Sydney Test. Brad Haddin to miss games through injury.

I'd have thought so. I expect Cook to struggle and Morgan to replace him, which means they'd move Trott up to open. Not sure if that'd be a good move. Only 2 specialist openers in the squad, which isn't necessarily a good thing.

Hehe. Got a feeling this Ashes series is where we will see Hilfenhaus really breakout and become one of the best test bowlers going around.
