Seriously, if Hussey or North fail again is there a case for dropping one of them for Hughes and moving Katich down to 4?

That was out, wasn't it? Serious turn for Swann. Yup, in line. Dead.

& bowled! What a ball!!!!
Not really, as hughes appears to have more issues that either of them, forget about our batting, it was no issue at cardiff. We need stu clark into the side ASAP and if fit brett lee.

Perfect example of why Ponting used to struggle against another offie, a turbaned one. Drawn in too forward, sharp spin, gap between bat pad. deja vu 2001 India series.

Needs to develop a way of combating the short pitched ball, yes. Clearly more of a player than North at least for my money tho. To be successful with his technique his eye must be amazing, frankly. Selectors panicked in dropping him IMHO.

& the top order has failed twice in two first digs since Cardiff, ftr. :p
