4th test mistake

I predict 1 change for the 5th test gone off my rogers and mcdonald theories for now.

But who would he have replaced. If he went in at six. That would have meant there would have been four openers in the side.

Good point but batsmen shouldnt be pigeonholed as openers etc. jaques is a class batsmen who could have slotted in easily anywhere in the order. i was saying his county form and form in the lead up games against england should have warranted a test call up when martyn stepped down.

But Phil Jaques isn't Mike Hussey. Hussey can bat in the middle order , as I think he has done in the past (conformation needed).

Jaques has batted plenty in the middle order in first class cricket.
