England - A rabble?

Not at all (I'd have had Panesar ahead of Giles if it was one or the other)

I'd just rather have an effective pace bowler over an unproven Spin bowler.. Mind you, in Englands case that probably isn't possible at the moment.. Lets just say if Simon Jones was fit I'd play him, leaving no specialist spinner in the team
Simon Jones is no more "proven" than Monty is (before today). Virtually Simon Jones' entire reputation is based on one and a half test matches. Even Bob Massey had a longer stretch as a world class bowler than that!
We just don't know if that was a flash in the pan or something that will be reproduced again. But compared to Anderson...

Why does Stuart MacGill need to carry tanks of water through the desert?
LOL, I guess that question was rhetorical, but I think some of the players might have gotten a kick out of it. ;)

Anyhow, like a few others, I don't think attending concerts would have much of an impact on anything, and if they were winning the series (which they're clearly not good enough to, IMO), it would likely be presented as a positive indication of their low stress approach.

They do seem to have quite an appetite for gay icons, it must be said.

England are a rabble, ridiculously overrated. They have one batsman, KP, one bowler Hoggard. That's it. I've seen people who coach the local U/12s who are more competent than Duncan Fletcher. At least in the U/12s you have to play the duds, Fletcher seems to enjoy it.

Apparantly they all went for a fishing trip off the Melbourne coast
