2) Vettori
3) Monty
4) Rafique
5) Powar
6) Cullen
7) Boje
8) Malik
9) Giles

Tough call with the bottom 3, and they could be in any order really. I'm also not really too sure about Powar, so he could go in a few places. The rest is pretty clear cut in my mind.
