I don't think there'll be a minimum, as such. You'll be able to play feeble stamina players, but I expect they'll take a huge crash in fitness and probably perform poorly in the second innings.

But assuming you've got a very good bowler with feeble stamina, I hope you can set him to very attacking for the first two sessions of a match, and then hope that's enough.
