I'd have to respectfully disagree with you there Fred, so far as Basingstoke is concerned anyway, not actually been to Blackwater.
Andover is just a cultural vacuum for mine. It has no redeeming features whatsoever. At least Amazingstoke has a few decent shops and a bit of greenery.
