Hmmm, not 100% sure exactly what you mean. C#m and D5 are separate chords. If you're talking about the difference between barre and open chords, C#m is definitely easier as a barre chord whether the type I (9th fret) or type II (4th fret) version. D5 is a power chord so a half-barre (
