But neither is waiting for a late bus, being putting on hold by Telstra ("your call is important to us"), being stuck in a traffic jam 15 minutes from home, a delayed flight, being stuck behind a slow driver in the over-taking lane, taking the day-off work for a tradesman who never turns up, and waiting for your girlfriend outside a movie theatre when the movie has just started.
