I mean, you've made the massive assumption of using the plural "parents". How many abortions are actually made in examples of steady, long term relationship based couples. I'd like to see the statistics on that. I mean, if you're basing your argument on the "pride" being exuded by a plurality then I think you might be referring to the very smallest of proportions of the 'market' for abortions.
I can't help get the feeling that giving women the right to choose their fate in live scares the living bejeesus out of a good number of pro lifers. I mean, after all, find me a male pro-lifer who doesn't show a huge amount of pride in the strength of his convictions in keeping the little women in their place.
